The focus of my experiences as a project manager (PM) was project management in general (service, marketing, mentoring, implementation of management systems, organisation of events) or in the position of the technical project manager.
I had to deal small projects (20.000.-€) up to whole sites (150mio€).
As the technical project manager I used to organize a project with my own scheme:
o Project opening with client, head of management of BDT and the commercial PM
o Consulting of each client for his perfect infrastructure for the modular Bio-Biesel-Units
o Writing down and checking of the “Project -Management-Book”
(project targets, project process steps, time management, base-line time-sheet)
o Creation of the several corrective actions in advance by expected plan variances
o Control of the project progress and enabling the direct connected payment procedures
o Coordination of the several subcontractors companies for cold- and hot commissioning
o Coordination of the commissioning process
o Coordination and execution of the trainings for the operators, technicians and chem. staff
(German, Engl. or Spanish)
o Coordination and control of the final inspection (incl. a 48 hour test run)
o Coordination and control of the project, process and final documentation for the client
